RFQ TITLE: South Brevard Water and Wastewater Treatment Facility Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR)


Sealed Requests for Qualifications will be received at the office of Brevard County Central Services/Purchasing, 2725 Judge Fran Jamieson Way, C-303, Viera, FL 32940 until 10:00 am local time on May 6, 2026 for furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the project.

Brief Scope of Work:
The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to select a highly qualified firm to provide Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for the South Brevard Water and Wastewater Treatment Facility Project. The CMAR will be selected through a qualifications-based competitive process pursuant to Section 255.103, Florida Statutes, which authorizes public entities to procure construction management services using the Construction Manager at Risk delivery method.
