RFQ OPPORTUNITY RFQ #: 7-26-08 RFQ TITLE: South Brevard Water and Wastewater Treatment Facility Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) Sealed Requests for Qualifications will be received at the office of Brevard County Central Services/Purchasing, 2725 Judge Fran Jamieson Way, C-303, Viera, FL 32940 until 10:00 am local time on May 6, 2026 for furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the project. Contract documents, bid sheets, plans and specifications can be obtained on VendorLink . A mandatory/non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on: No meeting is required for this solicitation. Brief Scope of Work: The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to select a highly qualified firm to provide Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for the South Brevard Water and Wastewater Treatment Facility Project. The CMAR will be selected through a qualifications-based competitive process pursuant to Section 255.103, Florida Statutes, which authorizes public entities to procure construction management services using the Construction Manager at Risk delivery method. The firm selected will provide preconstruction and construction-phase services, including the development of a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP), to ensure the project is delivered in a cost-effective, timely, and high-quality manner that meets the Countys operational and regulatory requirements.
