Notice of Intention to Sell Surplus Lands
Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Section 373.089 F.S., it is the intent of the South Florida Water Management District (District) to surplus and sell the below described real property to facilitate expedited construction of the Everglades Agricultural Area Reservoir, situated in Palm Beach County, Florida, subject to terms and conditions required by and approved by its Governing Board at the discretion of the Governing Board. The proposed surplus and sale will be presented for approval during an upcoming public meeting of the Governing Board at B-1 Building, 3301 Gun Club Road, West Palm Beach, Florida 33406.

The land to be offered for sale is described as follows:
