The vehicles will be sold on an AS-IS, WHERE-IS basis, with no guarantees or warranties, either expressed or implied, as to condition, fitness, or operability. ALL SALES FINAL.

The successful bidder/purchaser must remit full payment in the form of cashier check within 48 hours of award of bid. The purchaser is responsible for all costs associated with title transfer, taxes, registration, insurance, and removal of the vehicle.

The Palm Beach County Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and withdraw the vehicle from sale at any time if deemed in the best interest of the Authority.
