NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING June 10, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. Notice to Citizens of Palm Beach County, Florida As directed by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the Palm Beach County Housing Authority (PBCHA) plans to submit its proposed FY 2027 Annual Plan which includes information about the housing authoritys policies, rules, and requirements concerning the PHAs operations, programs, and services, and informs HUD, families served by the PHA, and members of the public of the PHAs mission, goals and objectives for serving the needs of low-income, very low-income, and extremely low-income families. A copy of the proposed Annual Plan and supporting documents will be available April 19, 2026 through June 3, 2026 for public review at the Authoritys Administrative offices located at 3333 Forest Hill Blvd., West Palm Beach, FL 33406 and all Public Housing Management Offices between the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday. This information can also be obtained from our website at www.pbchafl.org. All interested persons wishing to comment on the proposed plan may submit written comments to PBCHA, Attention: Office of the Chief Executive Officer, 3333 Forest Hill Blvd., West Palm Beach, FL 33406, by July 9, 2026. An in-person and a virtual public meeting to receive comments on the proposed plan will be held Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. at the Palm Beach County Housing Authority, 3333 Forest Hill Blvd., West Palm Beach, FL 33406.
