The City of Jacksonville Beach is inviting respondents to furnish the following:
RFP No: 01-2526 Latham Plaza Parking Lot-Public-Private Partnership
Responses must be submitted in a sealed envelope, marked on the outside with the RFP Number. Reponses will be received until Wednesday, 2:00 p.m. June 17, 2026, and acknowledged publicly by the Property and Procurement Division, 1460A Shetter Avenue, Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250. The City shall reserve the right to reject any or all proposals not in the best interest of the City.
