Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment and performing all operations necessary for reconstructing 2nd Avenue North from 20th Street to Mike McCue Park and Boat Ramp in Jacksonville Beach, Florida. The work includes, but is not limited to: earthwork, roadway reconstruction, box culvert installation, pond construction, shared use path construction, concrete curb & gutter construction, milling & resurfacing, parking lot construction, drainage structure & pipe installation, sodding, maintenance of traffic, erosion control & pollution abatement, eagle nest monitoring, and all other related work in accordance with the Contract Drawings and Specifications.
