Sealed Bids will be received by JEA, Procurement Department, Bid Office until 12:00 noon on April 28, 2026. All bids received from a qualified bidder shall be publicly opened, read aloud, and recorded at 2:00 p.m.

Title: Construction Services for Ponte Vedra Wastewater Treatment Facility Improvements
Scope: The purpose of this solicitation for IFB Construction Services for Ponte Vedra Wastewater Treatment Facility Improvements (this "Solicitation") is to evaluate and select a qualified vendor to provide various construction services that include, but are not limited to, the rehabilitation, demolition, relocation, installation, and/or testing of Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWTF) ancillary systems and components as described in this Solicitation (the "Work") and to determine the best method for JEA to procure the Work with regards to pricing, quality, design, and workmanship.
