NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The City of Bradenton City Council will meet in regular session on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at 8:30 a.m. in City Council Chambers, 101 Old Main Street, Bradenton to consider the following items at a public hearing:
 
RESOLUTION 26-02: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BRADENTON GRANTING SPECIAL USE PERMIT PLN-SUP-25-0024 TO ALLOW A PUBLIC FACILITY TO BE LOCATED AT 2115 9TH STREET EAST, BRADENTON, FLORIDA (PARCEL ID NO. 4687900059), AS MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN; MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Application filed by the City of Bradenton.
RESOLUTION 26-03: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BRADENTON GRANTING SPECIAL USE PERMIT PLN-SUP-25-0025 TO ALLOW A PUBLIC FACILITY TO BE LOCATED AT 1706 9TH STREET EAST, BRADENTON, FLORIDA (PARCEL ID NO. 4633211009), AS MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN; MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. RESOLUTION 26-04: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BRADENTON GRANTING SPECIAL USE PERMIT PLN-SUP-25-0023 TO PERMIT AN AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE STATION TO BE LOCATED AT 3511 MANATEE AVENUE WEST, BRADENTON, FLORIDA (PARCEL ID NO. 3677000006), AS MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN; MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Application filed by Herb Green, P.E. of Cadjazz Engineering (agent) for Paul Gasner, Manager for Take 5 LLC (owner).

All interested persons and parties may appear either in person and be heard or submit written comments regarding the above matter to the Planning and Community Development Director and they will be heard and considered.  The hearing may be continued from time to time as necessary.
