Bre revard COUNTY Central Services 2725 Judge Fran Jamieson Way Suite C-301 Viera, FL 32940 Florida's Space Coast Telephone (321) 733-5624 PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Pursuant to section 286.011, Florida Statutes, notice is hereby given that the Brevard County Board of County Commissioners Animal Services Department will be holding a Dangerous/Aggressive Dog hearing on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at 2:00 PM at the Viera Government Center, 2725 Judge Fran Jamieson Way, Viera, Building C, 2nd floor, Space Coast Room. If a person desires to appeal any decision made by this board, agency, or commission (as appropriate) with respect to any matter considered at this meeting or hearing, such a person will need a record of this proceeding and, for such purposes, may need to ensure that a verbatim record of this proceeding is made, at his/her own expense, which record includes testimony and evidence upon which any such appeal is to be based.
