TO: MIRELLA LOPEZ YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclosure a lien on the following property in Hillsborough County, Florida: Unit 240, Building 8, of COURTNEY PALMS CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 15019, Page 589, and all subsequent amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements, in the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
