NOTICE TO CREDITORS IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA PROBATE DIVISION File No. 2026-CP-0151 IN RE: ESTATE OF LYNN D. HORNE, SR., also known as LYNN DEFOREST HORNE, SR., Deceased. The administration of the estate of LYNN D. HORNE, SR., also known as LYNN DEFOREST HORNE, SR., deceased, whose date of death was January 5, 2025, is pending in the Circuit Court for MANATEE County, Florida, Probate Division, the mailing address of which is P.O Box 24500, Bradenton, FL 34205. The names and addresses of the personal representatives and the personal representatives attorney are set forth below. All creditors of the decedent and other persons having claims or demands against decedents estate, on whom a copy of this notice is required to be served, must file their claims with this court ON OR BEFORE THE LATER OF 3 MONTHS AFTER THE TIME OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR 30 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THEM.
