THE SOUTH 115 FEET OF LOTS 14, 15 AND 16 AND THE SOUTH 115 FEET OF THE EAST 1/2 OF LOT 17, BLOCK 6, N. A. REYNOLDS RESUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 267, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.  
more commonly known as 1904 8th Street West, Palmetto, FL 34221.
