NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on April 2, 2026, in Case No. 2025-CA-000725 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein TH MSR HOLDINGS LLC, is Plaintiff, and MEHMET MURAT AKAY, MOTE RANCH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., and AMERICAN EXPRESS NATIONAL BANK are Defendants, the Office of Angelina Angel Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 A.M. on the 20th day of May 2026, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
