BRYAN FENN, JR.; et. al. Defendants. TO: BRYAN FENN, JR. YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed against you for foreclosure of Plaintiffs lien for such unpaid amounts due to the above-named Plaintiff for the following premises located in Manatee County, Florida: Building No.7, Unit No.9, The Palms of Cortez, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded July 14, 2005, in OR Book 2038, Pages 5178-5309, as amended in OR Book 2041, Page 6955, together with all other exhibits and amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
