The property herein described is as follows:   
Apartment 287, BURGUNDY UNIT TWO, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 962, Page 347, and as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 181 through 186, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida. 
With a street address of 4509 3rd Street Circle W, Apt 287, Bradenton, FL 34207. 
(hereinafter referred to as the property). 
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Complaint to foreclose a claim of lien has been filed and commenced in this court by the Plaintiff, BURGUNDY UNIT TWO CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.,  and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Michelle A. Rowe, Esquire, attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is Lobeck & Rowe, PA, 2033 Main Street, Suite 403, Sarasota, Florida 34237, and file the original with the clerk of the above-styled court within thirty (30) days from the first date of publication; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the Complaint or Petition.
