CHRISTOPHER WILLIAM LEE SCOTT A/K/A CHRISTOPHER WILLIAM SCOTT, et al., Defendants. NOTICE is hereby given that Angelina Angel Colonneso, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, will on May 27, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. ET, via the online auction site at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Manatee County, Florida, to wit: Lot 185, Carlyle at the Villages of Palm Aire Unit 3, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 36, Page 198, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
