UNIT 971, SHORELINE TERRACES VI AT PERICO BAY CLUB, PHASE 2, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1267, PAGE 3299, AND ALL EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO, AS AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 187, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.  
Commonly identified as: 971 Sandpiper Circle, Bradenton, FL 34209 
and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, within 30 days after the first publication of this notice on Plaintiffs attorney, Kari L. Martin, whose address is 1401 8th Avenue West, Bradenton, Florida 34205, and to file the original with the Clerk of this Court, at the Manatee County Judicial Center, 1115 Manatee Avenue W., Bradenton, Florida 34205, either before service of your defenses on the plaintiffs attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint of petition.
