UNIT 971, SHORELINE TERRACES VI AT PERICO BAY CLUB, PHASE 2, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1267, PAGE 3299, AND ALL EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO, AS AMENDED,AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 187, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.

and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, within 30 days after the first publication of this notice on Plaintiffs attorney, Kari L.
