NOTICE OF ACTION IN THE COUNTY COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA CIVIL DIVISION Case No.: 25-010370-CO OASIS HOME OWNERS, INC., a Florida profit corporation, Plaintiff, v. LORRAINE M. LASHER; AND ANY UNKNOWN PARTY OR PARTIES IN POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY, Defendants. TO: LORRAINE M. LASHER 12766 Seminole Boulevard Lot #57, Largo Florida 33778 YOU ARE NOTIFIED that the Plaintiff has filed a Complaint for the purposes of foreclosing any interest that you have in the real property and the establishment of a lien against the property as well as damages.
