BOYKIN; TINA BERRIEN; GREG BOYKIN; ANGEL BOYKIN; SIR WALTER RALEIGH BOYKIN IV; NICOLE BOYKIN; CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA; STATE OF FLORIDA; AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ALL OTHER PERSONS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH OR UNDER ANY OF THE NAMED DEFENDANT AND ANY OTHER PERSONS CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE REAL PROPERTY WHICH IS THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THIS ACTION BY AND THROUGH OR UNDER OR AGAINST THE NAMED DEFENDANTS HEREIN, are the Defendants.
