NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 1, 2026, and entered in Case No. 23-006219 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County Florida, in that certain case styed, Paul A. Lester, Plaintiff, v. Richard C.
