Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 11/4/2025, in Case No.: 2025CC001724 of the County Court in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein CHARLES COVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and EMANUEL GARCIA RODRIGUEZ, et al., are the Defendants.
