Notice is given that pursuant to the Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 12, 2024, in Case No.: 2021-CC-002422 of the County Court in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein WB HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and FELIX IVAN LLANOS ORTIZ, et al., are the Defendants. Stacy M.
