NOTICE OF INTENT TO CONSIDER AN APPLICATION FOR CONDITIONAL USE OF LAND The Citrus County Planning and Development Commission (PDC) will conduct a Public Hearing on the following application on February 19, 2026, at 9:00 AM in the Lecanto Government Building, 3600 W. Sovereign Path, Room 166, Lecanto, Florida. Please note that the PDC meeting begins at 9:00 AM. The actual time that a particular item is discussed will vary depending on how fast the PDC moves through the agenda. CU-2025-00010 Dennis Karcher for Crystal River Eagles Aerie 4272, Inc. This request is for a Conditional Use to allow for an accessory use to a Fraternal Organization/Lodge in the MDR District, pursuant to Section 2406 Medium Density Residential District, as specified in the LDC. Property is located in: Section 30, Township 19 South, Range 18 East; specifically, Lot 14130 of an unrecorded Tract (AK 1512972) which address is known as 5340 W Grover Cleveland Blvd, Homosassa, FL. A complete legal description is on file with the Land Development Division. If any person decides to appeal any decision made by the Commission with respect to any matter considered at this hearing, he or she will need a record of the proceedings and, for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. Copies of the proposed application will be available for inspection and/or purchase between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday in the Department of Growth Management, Land Development Division, 3600 West Sovereign Path, Suite 140, Lecanto, FL 34461.
