NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that I, Traci Perry, the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Citrus County, Florida, will at 10:00 a.m. on the 5th day of March, 2026, at public sale at www.citrus.realforeclose.com, sell to the highest bidder, for cash, the following-described real property:
 
Lot 7, Block 780, Citrus Springs Unit 7, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 6, Pages(s) 33 through 39, of the Public Records of Citrus County, Florida
 
The said sale will be made pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure of the Circuit Court of Citrus County, Florida, in Civil Action No. 25CA421.
 
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
