Baker, and William Ancrum, all of whom are deceased; and any other heirs or devisees of Lovoses Sistrunk, deceased, including any personal representatives, successors, assigns, spouses, creditors, and all others claiming any right, title, or interest in the property known as [0/no street number] South Center St., Spartanburg SC 29301, TMS 7-11-12-040.00, any adults or persons in the military service of the United States of America being a class designated as John Doe; any minors or persons under a legal disability being a class designated as Mary Roe; and the South Carolina Department of Revenue, Defendants.
TO THE DEFENDANTS ABOVE NAMED: YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED and required to answer the Complaint in this action, which Complaint was filed on September 30, 2025, and to serve a copy of your answer to said Complaint upon the subscriber at 100 Whitsett St., Greenville SC 29601, within 30 days after service hereof, exclusive of the day of such service, and if you fail to answer the Complaint within that time, the Plaintiff shall proceed in default proceedings against you and shall apply to the Court for the relief demanded in the Complaint. 
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an action has been filed and is pending in this Court upon Plaintiffs Complaint against the above-named Defendants to quiet title to real property in Plaintiffs name.  The subject property is described as follows: All that certain piece, parcel, or lot of land, situate, lying and being in the western part of the City of Spartanburg, County of Spartanburg, State of South Carolina, being shown as Lot No. 106, as shown on Plat of the Farley Estate recorded in Plat Book TTT at Pages 390-391. Said property is further shown and designated on a more recent survey for Deborah Lynn Baumgart prepared by John R. Jennings LLC, dated April 6, 2025, and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Spartanburg County, SC, in Plat Book 187 at Page 228, reference being hereby made to said latter plat for a complete metes and bounds description of the property.  This being the same property conveyed to Calmillius M. Edwards by deed of Deborah Lynn Baumgart, dated July 22, 2025, and recorded on August 23, 2025, in Deed Book 153-K at Page 412, in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Spartanburg County, South Carolina.
