DOB: 4/2/2012, MINOR CHILDREN TO: Dung Duong Last Known Address: Unknown YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the State of Florida, Department of Children and Families, has filed a Petition to terminate your parental rights and permanently commit the following children for adoption: H.C.L born on 4/2/2012, You are hereby commanded to appear on June 1, 2026, at 2:30 PM before the Honorable Judge Stacey Schulman at the Broward Courthouse, 201 SE 6th Street Courtroom WW9160 Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301, for an ADVISORY HEARING. Advisory hearing is on Zoom: The hearing will be held on Zoom. You must attend the court hearing via Zoom at the following link: Judge Schulman https://17thflcourts.zoom.us/j/556448344.
