NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 9th day of February, 2026, and entered in Case No. CACE-25-002514, of the Circuit Court of the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit in and for Broward County, Florida, wherein TH MSR Holdings LLC is the Plaintiff and BEVERLY KHORRAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BEVERLY KHORRAN; and COLONY POINT 2 CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are defendants. Brenda D. Foreman as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.broward.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 26th day of March, 2026 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 519, OF COLONY POINT 2 CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ALL AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND FORMING A PART THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 9334, PAGE 316, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA.THE ABOVE DESCRIPTION INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, ALL APPURTENANCES TO THE CONDOMINIUM UNIT ABOVE DESCRIBED, INCLUDING THE UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THEC OMMON ELEMENTS OF SAID CONDOMINIUM.
