DOB: 5/6/2025, MINOR CHILD TO: TAREVA TAYLOR, address unknown YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the State of Florida, Department of Children and Families, has filed a Petition to terminate your parental rights and permanently commit the following child for adoption: C.M.N. born on 5/6/2025. You are hereby commanded to appear on May 7, 2026, at 9:00 AM before the Honorable Yael Gamm at the Broward Courthouse, 201 SE 6th Street Courtroom, WW9170, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301, for an ADVISORY HEARING.
