Lot 10, Block 1726, PORT CHARLOTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 52, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Pages 66A through 66F, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida. 
Lot 9, Block 1755, PORT CHARLOTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 53, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Pages 67A through 67E, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida. 
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Robert C. Benedict, Plaintiffs attorney whose address is Wideikis, Benedict & Berntsson, LLC, The BIG W Law Firm, 3195 S. Access Rd., Englewood, Florida 34224, on or before June 1, 2026, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiffs attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
