Defendant GUZMAN must avail himself for the hearing, which is to occur in Duval, County Florida. Defendant Guzman is required to serve a written response to the Motion for Final Summary Judgment, on or before May 22, 2026, and to file the response to the Motion for Final Summary Judgment with the clerk of this court either through Defendant GUZMANs attorney or pro se. If Defendant Guzman fails to do so, all potential rights to additional compensation related to the property previously acquired will be lost. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Motion for Final Summary Judgment has been filed in this cause and that Petitioner will request case closure due to Defendant GUZMANs unknown whereabouts, as well as any other Order the Court deems proper before the Honorable Michael S. Sharrit, one of the Judges of this Court, on June 15, 2026, at 1:30 p.m., (1 hour reserved) in hearing room 705 at the Duval County Courthouse, 501 West Adams Street, Jacksonville, Florida. Defendant GUZMAN may request a hearing at the time and place designated and be heard. Defendant GUZMANs failure to file a response and request for hearing shall waive any right to object to the Motion for Final Summary Judgment.
