IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE FIFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR MARION COUNTY, FLORIDA Case Number: 2026-CA-000565 IN RE: FORFEITURE OF: One (1) 2015 Hyundai Genesis (VIN: KMHGN4JFXFU030422) NOTICE OF FORFEITURE PROCEEDINGS ALL PERSONS who claim an interest in the following property: One (1) 2015 Hyundai Genesis (VIN: KMHGN4JFXFU030422), which was seized because said property is alleged to be contraband as defined by Sections 932.701(2)(a)(1-6), Florida Statutes, by the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles, Division of Florida Highway Patrol, on or about February 26, 2026, in Marion County, Florida.
