IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE FOURTEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUITIN AND FOR BAY COUNTY, FLORIDA IN RE: FORFEITURE OF: Case Number: 2025-CA-1258 One (1) 2025 Kawasaki Ninja 650 (VIN: ML5EXEP19SDAF8366) / NOTICE OF FORFEITURE PROCEEDINGS ALL PERSONS who claim an interest in the following property: One (1) 2025 Kawasaki Ninja 650 (VIN: ML5EXEP19SDAF8366), which was seized because said property is alleged to be contraband as defined by Sections 932.701(2)(a)(1-6), Florida Statutes, by the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles, Division of Florida Highway Patrol, on or about October 25, 2025, in Bay County, Florida.
