To all said respondents who are living, and if any or all respondents are deceased, the unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, lienors, or other parties claiming by, through, under, or against any such deceased respondent or respondents, if alive, and, if dead, their unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, legatees, grantees, creditors, lienors, or other parties claiming by, through, under, or against any such deceased respondent or respondents, and all other parties having or claiming to have any right, title, or interest in and to the property described in the Petition, to-wit:

South, Range 27 East, Osceola County, Florida.
(BEING a portion of the lands described in Official Records Book 5483, Page 2192, of the Public Records of Osceola County, Florida.)

Commence at a 5"x5" concrete monument with a 2.5" brass disk stamped "JONES WOOD GENTRY RLS 1585 RLS 1819 T25S 23/26 R27E", marking the Southwest corner of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 23, Township 25 South, Range 27 East, Osceola County, Florida, as shown on the Florida Department of Transportation Right of Way Map for State Road 400, Section 92130, Financial Project Number 431456-1; thence North 0016'08" East along the West line of the Southeast 1/4 of said Section 23, a distance of 1950.20 feet to a point on the existing Northwesterly Limited Access Right of Way Line of State Road 400, as shown on said map, said point also being the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence South 4007'55" West along said existing Northwesterly Limited Access Right of Way Line, a distance of 815.19 feet to the South line of Lot 3, Block C, Florida Fruit & Truck Land Co. at Loughman Florida, as recorded in Plat Book B, Page 68, of the Public Records of Osceola County, Florida; thence South 8956'53" West along said South line, a distance of 127.16 feet to a point on a non-tangent curve, concave Southeasterly and having a radius of 4060.25 feet; thence from a tangent bearing of North 4707'41" East, run Northeasterly 73.76 feet along the arc of said curve, through a central angle of 0102'27" to the end of said curve; thence North 4516'59" West, a distance of 627.55 feet; thence North 4523'22" East, a distance of 1171.23 feet to a point on the North line of Lot 4, Block C, of said plat; thence North 8955'03" East along said North line, a distance of 213.46 feet to a point on the East line of the Southwest quarter of Section 23; thence South 0016'08* West along said East line, a distance of 690.71 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.

You are each notified that the Petitioner filed its sworn Petition and its Declaration of Taking in this Court against you as respondents, seeking to condemn by eminent domain proceedings the above described property located in the State of Florida, County of Osceola. You are further notified that the Petitioner will apply to the HonorableChristine E. Arendas, one of the Judges of this Court on the 21st day of May, 2026 at 2:30 p.m., in the Osceola County Courthouse, 2 Courthouse Square, Courtroom 4A, Kissimmee, Florida 34741, Florida, for an Order of Taking in this cause. All respondents to this suit may request a hearing at the time and place designated and be heard. Any respondent failing to file a request for hearing shall waive any right to object to the Order of Taking.

If you fail to answer, a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Petition. If you fail to request a hearing on the Petition for Order of Taking you shall waive any right to object to said Order of Taking.
