ad# 12255771 04/16/26 SCHOOL BOARD OF BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA NOTICE OF CLOSED ATTORNEY-CLIENT SESSION The School Board of Brevard County, Florida will be meeting in a closed attorney-client session on Thursday, April 23, 2026, at 8:15 am. The closed session will be held at 2700 Judge Fran Jamieson Way, Melbourne, Florida 32940 and is expected to last 1 hours. Pursuant to Section 286.011(8), Florida Statutes, and as requested by the School Boards General Counsel the purpose for this meeting will be to discuss Brevard Federation of Teachers Local 2098 v. School Board of Brevard County AAA Case No. 01-25-0002-4853. General Counsel is requesting a closed attorney-client session with the Board for the purpose of discussing the strategy, settlement, and/or expenditures regarding litigation.
