Ad#12120932 2/27/2026 SCHOOL BOARD OF BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA NOTICE OF CLOSED ATTORNEY-CLIENT SESSION The School Board of Brevard County, Florida will be meeting in a closed attorney-client session on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at 2 pm. The closed session will be held at 2700 Judge Fran Jamieson Way, Melbourne, Florida 32940 and is expected to last 2 hours. Pursuant to Section 286.011(8), Florida Statutes, and as requested by the School Boards General Counsel the purpose for this meeting will be to discuss Jennifer Jenkins vs. Brevard County School Board, et. al., Case No. 05-2023-CA-018437; and Jennifer Jenkins v. Brevard County School Board, et al., 5th DCA Case No. 5D2025-3222. General Counsel is requesting a closed attorney-client session with the Board for the purpose of discussing the strategy, settlement, and/or expenditures regarding litigation.
