JEAN Defendant. TO: ANITA MARIE ST. JEAN 628 8th Street Apt 16, Naples, FL 34102 YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed against you in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which the Plaintiff, Patrick Zephirin, seeks damages and other relief as set forth in the Complaint filed in this matter. A diligent search and inquiry has been made to discover your current residence and whereabouts, but the same cannot be ascertained, and constructive service is therefore sought pursuant to Chapter 49, Florida Statutes.
