NOTICE OF MEETING The Immokalee Water and Sewer District announce a closed-door attorney-client session on April 15, 2026, beginning at 4:00 PM in the Board Room at the Immokalee Water and Sewer District, 1020 Sanitation Road, Immokalee, Florida 34142. The closed-door attorney-client session will be held pursuant to Section 286.011(8), F.S., to discuss settlement negotiations and/or strategy related to litigation expenditures in Kateryn Ledezma-Cruz v. Immokalee Water and Sewer District et al., Case No. 11-2026-CA-000367-0001-01, 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida. The subject matter shall be confined to the pending litigation. The following will be attending the meeting: Commissioner Magda Ayala; Commissioner Joseph Brister; Commissioner Anne Goodnight; Commissioner Robert Halman; Commissioner Bonnie Keen; Executive Director Sarah Catala; District Counsel Laura Donaldson; Special Counsel Samuel Zeskind; and a court reporter. District Counsel and Special Counsel may participate via remote access. Pursuant to Florida Law, the entire attorney-client session shall be recorded by a certified court reporter. No portion of the session shall be off the record. A copy of the transcript will be made part of the public record at the conclusion of the litigation.
