NOTICE OF ACTION CONSTRUCTIVE SERVICE TO: DEFENDANT, VICTORIA SERRANO, whose last known address is: 414 2 nd St., Ocoee, FL 34761 2582 Maguire Rd, Ste 156, Ocoee, FL 34761 1658 Hempel Ave., Gotha, FL 34734 7901 4 th St N, Ste 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702 YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to recover your payment obligations for failure to pay amounts due under an agreement with Plaintiff has been filed against you in Orange County, Florida Circuit Court and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Miles A. Archabal, Esq., the Plaintiffs attorney, whose address is 200 S. Biscayne Blvd., Suite 1650, Miami, Florida 33131, on or before 30 days from the first date of publication, 2026, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiffs attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
