PUBLIC NOTICE RANGER DRAINAGE DISTRICT BOARD OF SUPERVISORS ATTORNEY - CLIENT SESSION MAY 6, 2026 7:30 p.m. RANGER DRAINAGE DISTRICT OFFICE 19950 Nugent Street Orlando, FL 32833 YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that at the request of the Districts Counsel, an attorney-client session will be held under the Shade Meeting provisions available under Floridas Sunshine Law, Florida Statutes 286.011(8) on May 6, 2026 beginning at 7:30 p.m. and lasting for up to one (1) hour. This meeting shall commence at an open meeting and then will move into the attorney-client session limited in attendance to: the Ranger Drainage District attorneys from Lewis, Longman & Walker, P.A.: Seth Behn and John Cavaliere; District Supervisors: David Mauck, Mike Nolan, and Russell Beyersdorf; District General Manager, Dawn Mullins; and, a court reporter who will transcribe the full proceedings. The meeting transcription will be made part of the public record for release at the conclusion of the litigation. The client attorney session will be for the purpose of discussing: settlement negotiations and strategy sessions related to litigation expenditures in the following court case: Ranger Drainage District v.
