DOB: 8/24/2012, MINOR CHILDREN ______________________________________/ NOTICE OF ACTION TERMINATION OF PARENTAL RIGHTS TO: Robert Singleton, address unknown YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the State of Florida, Department of Children and Families, has filed a Petition to terminate your parental rights and permanently commit the following children for adoption: S.S.S. born on 11/22/2008 and M.S.S. born on 08/24/2012. You are hereby commanded to appear on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at 1:30 PM before the Circuit Judge, Jason Nimeth, at the Lake Courthouse, 550 W. Main Street Tavares, FL 32778, for an ADVISORY HEARING. FAILURE TO PERSONALLY APPEAR AT THIS ADVISORY HEARING CONSTITUTES CONSENT TO THE TERMINATION OF PARENTAL RIGHTS OF THIS CHILD (OR CHILDREN).
