NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the commencement of a 30-day review period pursuant to Section 166.045, Florida Statutes prior to a public hearing to be held by the Port Orange City Council on March 3, 2026 at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 1000 City Center Circle, Port Orange, Florida at which time the City Council will consider final acceptance of an option contract for the purchase of the following described real property:
846 Bears Trail, Port Orange, County of Volusia, State of Florida, more particularly described per the Volusia County Property Appraiser as:

A copy of this notice and the proposed contract are available for public inspection during regular business hours Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the City Clerks Office, first floor, City Hall, 1000 City Center Circle, Port Orange, Florida. All interested parties are invited to attend this meeting and voice comments regarding the transaction.
