The above entitled action was filed in March 3, 2025 in the Tulare County Suprerior Court and involves Adverse Possession of properties in Tulare County that are in the names of respondent or designated as party of interest.  Service was presented on all defendants in regards to property located in Pixley California that was allegedly abandoned by respondents.  After publication for 4 weeks of this notice, plaintiff will move for default and quite title of said property.  The property was abandoned in 1994, and after 30 years respondents have not cared for, paid property taxes, nor carried for said property.  If any respondents are wishing to claim responsibility for said property, you need to answer said complaint for Quite TItle.  If no response is received the plaintiff may move for default.
