THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND (hereafter Plaintiff), is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF YONOK DAVIS; MOCKINGBIRD CROSSING COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; CHRISTINA DAVIS, are defendants. Crystal K. Kinzel, Clerk of the Circuit Court for COLLIER, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In the Main Courthouse, in the 1st Floor Customer Service Department  Multipurpose Room, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 12TH day of MARCH, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
