NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Order on Plaintiffs Motion to Cancel and Reschedule the Foreclosure Sale Scheduled for March 26, 2026 dated the 26th day of March, 2026, and entered in Case No. 11-2025-CA-001116-0001-01, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Wintrust Mortgage, a division of Barrington Bank & Trust Company, N.A. is the Plaintiff and CLAYTON A. FLOYD; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF STEPHEN N. FLOYD A/K/A STEPHEN NILE FLOYD; DORIS A. FLOYD A/K/A DORIS FLOYD A/K/A DORIS ANGARIDA; GEOFFREY E. FLOYD; KATHY A. BAILEY; FAIRWAYS AT PAR FOUR CONDOMINIUMS ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND PAR ONE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are defendants.  Crystal K. Kinzel as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Collier County Government Complex, 1st Floor located at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on the 21st day of May, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit: 
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 106, BUILDING 32, FAIRWAYS AT PAR FOUR - TWO, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1062, PAGE 1901, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND TOGETHER WITH SAID CONDOMINIUM UNIT`S SHARE OF THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. 
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER THE FUNDS ARE REPORTED AS UNCLAIMED, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
