NOTICE TO CREDITORS IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA PROBATE DIVISION CASE NO.: 25-CP-3552 IN RE: ESTATE OF CHARMAINE M. KERCHNER, Deceased. The administration of the estate ofCharmaine M. Kerchner, deceased, whose date of death wasJuly 21, 2025, is pending in the Circuit Court forLeeCounty, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is1700 Monroe St., Fort Myers, FL 33901. The names and addresses of the personal representativeand the personal representativesattorney are set forth below. All creditors of the decedent and other persons having claims or demands against decedents estate on whom a copy of this notice is required to be served must file their claims with this court ON OR BEFORE THE LATER OF THREE (3) MONTHS AFTER THE TIME OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR THIRTY (30) DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THEM.
