NOTICE OF ACTION IN THE COUNTY COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT OF FLORIDA IN AND FOR PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA CASE NO: 26-791-CO CASA PRIMA APARTMENTS ASSOCIATION, INC. a Florida not-for-profit corporation, Plaintiff, vs. KELLI FAVILLE, CAROL FAVILLE and ANY UNKNOWN OCCUPANTS IN POSSESSION, Defendants. TO: KELLI FAVILLE YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for homeowners assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, CASA PRIMA APARTMENTS ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property: Unit 202 of Casa Prima Apartments, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 4597, Page(s) 1045, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and any amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
