NOTICE OF ACTION IN THE COUNTY COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT OF FLORIDA IN AND FOR PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA CASE NO: 25-12069-CO THE PLACIDO GARDENS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, Plaintiff, vs. THE SAVON FAMILY TRUST DATED APRIL 5, 2022 and ANY UNKNOWN OCCUPANTS IN POSSESSION, Defendants. TO: THE SAVON FAMILY TRUST DATED APRIL 5, 2022 YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for homeowners assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, THE PLACIDO GARDENS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property: Unit 204 of The Placido Gardens, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 4844, Page(s) 828 through 875, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and any amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
