DYLAN MAGDANZ, et al., Defendants. NOTICE is hereby given that Stacy M. Butterfield, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Polk County, Florida, will on March 16, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. ET, via the online auction site at www.polk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Polk County, Florida, to wit: The West 90 feet of the East 835.50 feet of the South 140 feet of the North 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 10, Township 29 South, Range 23 East, Polk County, Florida.
