FIRST INSERTION NOTICE TO CREDITORS IN THE CIRCUIT OF THE TENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA PROBATE DIVISION File No. 532025CP001263A000BA IN RE: THE ESTATE OF: DIANE MARIE CARTER-WILKS Deceased. The administration of the estate of DIANE MARIE CARTER-WILKS, deceased, whose date of death was January 14, 2025, is pending in the Circuit Court of Polk County, Florida Probate Division, the address of which is P.O. Box 9000, Drawer #CC-4. Bartow, FL 33831-9000. The names and addresses of the personal representative and the personal representatives attorney are set forth below. All creditors of the decedent and other persons having claims or demands against the decedents estate on whom a copy of this notice is required to be served, must file their claims with this Court WITHIN THE LATER OF THREE MONTHS AFTER THE TIME OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR 30 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THEM.
